Televised Travel Series
Off the Map is a 39-part travel series created exclusively for women.  In each episode of this inspiring series, we follow a normal, everyday woman as she becomes an adventurer and explorer.  Taking viewers off the beaten track to some of the most forbidding and wildly untraditional places on earth.  Off the Map follows these vibrant, fearless women as they trek through the jungles of Guyana, explore skull caves in Papua New Guinea, or dance with Sherpas in Nepal.  Tales of ordinary women and their extraordinary adventures.  Off the Map has aired in Canada, the United States, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Poland, Australia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.​

1  Arizona (USA)
Susan Hayden visits Navajo descendants and learns about living on the Mesa.  Follow her to the heights of the Grand Canyon and view ancient petroglyphs found in Canyon de Chelly.  Visit Monument Valley and view the stone structures rising up from the valley floor.​​
4  Botswana
Tinchie Stoyan searches for the last of the bushmen in Botswana.  Join her as she travels by safari into an African game park, flies by ultralight aircraft over the Victoria Falls, and explores the surrounding hills of San bushmen.

Cathy Merriman treks along overgrown jungle trails to an Indian village in Ecuador.  Join her as she receives a shaman's blessing and learns about traditional and natural medicines found in the rainforest.

Eve Kmiecic observes several species of butterflies native to Costa Rica's forests.  Visit a coffee plantation and learn how to pick ripe coffee beans and that coffee is an important quality export to Costa Rica.  Finally, take part in a bull fight in a rodeo and meet the local cowboys.
9  Ethiopia
Maureen Magee marvels at the beauty that lies in the desert and hears of the past-troubles caused by drought, famine and war.  Join her in the local town square, explore a traditional bamboo house, and meet a hungry ostrich.
